Jack's Lawn Service & Snowplowing has been providing top quality year-round lawn care since 1974. Founder Jack Vander Vennen first began working in lawn care to put himself through Calvin College. He loved the work so much that he decided to pursue the career full time. Many of Jack's present day clientele have been with the company since its inception because Jack has instilled in his staff his own values of quality customer care and superior service. He was joined in this effort by brother Dale, who currently serves as shop and maintenance manager. Jack's wife and three sons have also joined the growing business to keep pace with growth. Linda serves as Office Manager, while Bruce recently completed his study of the Landscape Management program at Michigan State University and now heads up landscape design and installation. Brothers Jason and Jeremy also work with the company. With a seasonal staff of 18 employees -- the majority of whom have been with the company for several years -- the Vander Vennen family carefully screens employees and selects only the most knowledgeable with proven attention to detail.

Jack's Lawn Service & Snowplowing Inc. is fully state licensed and maintains active membership in the Association of Grand Rapids Landscape Professionals and the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association.
